TRX Suspension involves using suspension straps. Utilizing your own body weight against gravity as resistance to help build overall body strength, balance and coordination.

Fit IQ

Fit IQ will take place in the gym. it is an educational class to help expand members knowledge and understanding of all things fitness, from nutrition to exercise technique leading to more confidence on the gym floor.

Bootcamp

Taking you out of the more conventional gym setting. Here you will flip tyres, swing sledge hammers and use battle ropes to get a full body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels

Take your fitness to the next level and improve your physical performance by carrying out a selection of dynamic and static exercises using a variety of equipment from dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells.
